Shipping and Returns





Please note: Products from our Signature Collection, Essentials Collection, and all Trusted Brands are shipped directly from our warehouses in the USA. As a result, orders containing these items to international destinations, including Canada, may be subject to applicable taxes and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Additionally, orders may be shipped in multiple boxes.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

International shipping rates are as follows:

For orders less than $100 USD: $25 USD
For orders $100-$200 USD: $15 USD
For orders over $200 USD: FREE

All international orders are shipped via International Economy. Orders typically arrive within 10 days after the order is placed. When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Holistic Goddess has no control over these charges, nor can Holistic Goddess predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs or because of a bad delivery address. We also charge a 15% restocking fee for any orders that are returned to the warehouse.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Holistic Goddess, Inc., we strive to provide the highest quality in all our products and services. Understanding the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur, and the following policies are in place to address such instances:

General Policy:

  • All Sales Are Considered Final: Our products are sold on a no-return basis due to health and safety standards, ensuring every customer receives new and uncontaminated products.

Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days from the date of purchase. Prepare to provide photos of the product(s) in question along with other identifiable information will need to be sent to Customer Service for review and refund approval. Refunds for product quality issues are not subject to a restocking fee.   We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  • Discretionary Refunds: In rare circumstances, if you believe there is a compelling reason for a return, you may request a review by our Customer Service team. Approval for such returns is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for Approved Returns:

  1. Return Approval Required: Before returning any product, you must obtain approval from Customer Service. Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all approved returns, deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered items.


  • Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for issues related to inaccurate shipping addresses, customs, or other import issues. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, a refund may not be issued. In cases where a refund is granted, the restocking fee will apply.

Package Delivery and Loss Prevention Policy

At Holistic Goddess, we strive to ensure that your purchases reach you safely and on time. Despite our best efforts and those of our trusted shipping partners, there are rare instances where packages may be lost or undelivered. This policy outlines our process for handling such situations, aiming to provide clarity and peace of mind for our valued customers.

Reporting Lost of Undelivered Packages
We understand that not receiving your package can be frustrating. If you suspect your package is lost or undelivered, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Shipping Confirmation: Ensure that the shipping details were correct and review the estimated delivery date.
  2. Wait for 15 Days Post Estimated Delivery Date: Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please allow 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date for your package to arrive.
  3. Contact Customer Service: If your package has not arrived 15 days after the estimated delivery date, please report it to us. Reports must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Resolution Process

Upon receiving a report of a lost or undelivered package, our team will:

  1. Investigate: We will work with our shipping partners to determine the package's status.
  2. Resolution: Based on our investigation, we will offer a resolution. This may include reshipping the item, providing a refund, or offering store credit, at our discretion.

Please note: Claims for lost or undelivered packages must be reported within 60 days of the original shipping date. Reports received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


This policy covers only packages that are lost or undelivered due to shipping issues. It does not cover packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Claims must be supported by all necessary documentation requested by Holistic Goddess or our shipping partners.

Holistic Goddess reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
