Processing & Small-Batch Fulfillment
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Because every bottle is poured fresh rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf, small-batch production or restocks can occasionally add processing time.
If additional processing time applies, it will be clearly displayed on the product page before checkout.
Tracking information will be sent as soon as your shipping label is created.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $75+ USD.
Two-Day Express is available for qualifying orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM ET.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 12 PM ET may require one additional business day for processing.
- Express shipping is not available for military addresses, P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and peak-season volume may extend delivery times.
We recommend shipping to a secure address whenever possible.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We’re proud to ship Holistic Goddess rituals internationally.
All prices are listed in USD, and your payment provider handles any applicable currency conversion.
Whenever available, international orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout so your order can clear customs without additional charges upon delivery.
In rare cases where DDP is unavailable, your order may ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). If your order ships DDU, the carrier or local customs authority will contact you to collect any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees before delivery.
To help avoid delays or returned packages, please provide your best phone number and email address at checkout and respond promptly to any carrier or customs messages.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country and are not set by Holistic Goddess.
Estimated International Transit Times
Standard International: approximately 7–14 business days. Please allow up to 30 days in cases involving customs processing or carrier delays.
Expedited International: approximately 2–10 business days, depending on destination.
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Refused or Returned International Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned because duties, taxes, or import fees were not paid:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return freight and import-related costs may be deducted from any refund for which the order is otherwise eligible.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply where permitted by applicable law.
International orders are otherwise subject to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 15 days after the carrier’s first scan, email support@holisticgoddess.com with your order number.
Once the carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we’ll offer a one-time replacement per order.
Delivered or Stolen Packages
Carrier tracking showing Delivered will be treated as evidence of delivery.
If you cannot locate a package marked Delivered, please check around the delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and directly with the carrier.
Holistic Goddess is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping or processing fees may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Third-Party Purchases
This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed directly through holisticgoddess.com.
For products purchased through another retailer, marketplace, or third-party seller, please contact that retailer directly regarding shipping or delivery issues.
