Shipping & Refund Policy

 

Processing & Small-Batch Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Because every bottle is poured fresh—not pulled from a warehouse shelf—small-batch production or restocks can occasionally add time.
If additional processing time applies, it will be clearly displayed on the product page before checkout.

Once your order has entered batching or fulfillment status, it can’t be changed or canceled. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your label is created.

If tracking shows no movement for 15 days after the carrier’s first scan, please email support@holisticgoddess.com with your order number.
Once confirmed lost, we’ll offer a one-time replacement.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+ USD (U.S.)

  • Two-Day Express available for qualifying orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may require one additional business day for processing

  • Express shipping unavailable for military addresses, P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, or peak-season traffic may extend delivery and do not qualify for refunds. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

 

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We’re proud to share Holistic Goddess rituals worldwide. All prices are listed in USD, and your payment provider handles currency conversion.

International orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — all duties & taxes are calculated and paid at checkout so your order clears customs smoothly and arrives without surprise fees.These fees are set by each destination country’s customs authority, not by Holistic Goddess.

In rare cases where DDP isn’t available, your order will ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and your local customs office will collect import fees upon delivery.

Estimated Transit Times

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days (allow up to 30 for customs/carrier delays)

  • Expedited International: 2–10 business days (varies by country; not guaranteed)

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs/import fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return freight and import costs will be deducted from any approved refund

  • A 15 % restocking fee may apply

To avoid delays:

  • Provide a valid phone number & email at checkout

  • Respond promptly to carrier/customs messages

  • Avoid refusing a shipment—most carriers hold packages only 5 business days before returning them

All international orders are final sale. Reshipments may be considered only in cases of confirmed carrier loss or damage, reviewed case-by-case.


Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your castor oil purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to one bottle of each castor oil formula per customer. Bottles purchased as part of a bundle, kit, or gift set are not eligible.
  • For Buy More, Save More purchases, only one bottle is eligible for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Additional bottles purchased as part of the same offer are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Photos or a short video may be requested to help us better understand your experience and process your request.

Please email support@holisticgoddess.com to request return authorization before sending any items back. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.

 

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Supplements and ingestibles
  • Wellness tools and accessories (including castor oil packs and reusable rollers)
  • Bundles, kits, and gift sets
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-edition products and promotional gifts

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@holisticgoddess.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We'll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To be eligible for a replacement on a damaged or incorrect item, you must email support@holisticgoddess.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We’ll send a replacement if available. Claims submitted after 7 days can’t be honored.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled. Holistic Goddess is not responsible for stolen packages.

For packages that show no movement for 15 days after the carrier’s first scan, contact support@holisticgoddess.com. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we’ll offer a one-time replacement per order.

 

Address Issues & Third-Party Purchases

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable. We’re not responsible for address changes after shipment. Additional fees may apply for reshipping returned or undeliverable packages.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from holisticgoddess.com. For third-party purchases, please contact the retailer directly.
