How to Use

✦ Water Temperature Matters: Keep bath water warm (101–103°F / 39°C), not hot. Hot water can cause the skin to release instead of absorb.

✦ Therapeutic Bath: Add 1–6 cups to warm, running water. Soak for 20 minutes to absorb magnesium and ease muscle tension. Use weekly as part of your self-care.

✦ Workout Recovery: After exercise, add 1–6 cups to a warm bath. Soak for 20 minutes to support recovery and relieve soreness.

✦ Foot Soak: Add 1–3 cups to a warm foot bath. Soak feet for 20 minutes to ease daily aches and soften dry, rough skin.

Storage & Handling: Due to the natural properties of salt, moisture is considered normal. Best used soon after opened. Keep bag sealed & store in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
