Yes. Many women find it helps soothe cramps and tension during their cycle. But if you’re bleeding heavily or feeling sensitive, you may want to wait a few days before applying over the womb area.

Castor oil is non-comedogenic (it won’t clog pores). It’s thick, but deeply supportive for dry, sensitive, or barrier-compromised skin. Start slow, especially if you’re breakout-prone. Most Goddesses prefer to use Castor Oil as a night time routine.

No need to heat castor oil before applying—it absorbs beautifully on its own. The unique composition of the oil, especially its high ricinoleic acid content, allows it to penetrate deeply without extra warmth.

If you're using a Castor Oil Pack, your body heat alone is usually enough to support absorption. Some women like to add a gentle heat source—like a warm compress or heating pad—to deepen their ritual or encourage more flow, but it’s entirely optional.
