Yes. Many women find it helps soothe cramps and tension during their cycle. But if you’re bleeding heavily or feeling sensitive, you may want to wait a few days before applying over the womb area.

Castor oil is non-comedogenic (it won’t clog pores). It’s thick, but deeply supportive for dry, sensitive, or barrier-compromised skin. Start slow, especially if you’re breakout-prone. Most Goddesses prefer to use Castor Oil as a nigh time routine.

If you're using a Castor Oil Pack, your body heat alone is usually enough to support absorption. Some women like to add a gentle heat source—like a warm compress or heating pad—to deepen their ritual or encourage more flow, but it’s entirely optional.
