How To use

  1. Roll onto the neck and shoulders where tension collects.
  2. Use the gua sha to stroke upward along the neck, 3-5 times each side.
  3. Work across the shoulders and trapezius with firm, slow strokes.
  4. Finish with light strokes down the lymph nodes toward the collarbone.

  1. Roll generously onto tight neck and shoulder muscles.
  2. Use slower, deeper strokes along the neck to release built-up tension.
  3. Work across the shoulders and upper back with firm pressure.
  4. Repeat each move 3-5 times and let the lavender do the rest.
